If we do not tell our stories in whatever form (e.g., video, music, etc.), they will likely be forgotten; or told by others who may distort the facts or downplay their importance. You can share your story in many ways:
As a written narrative in prose, as a poem, or any creative way you want to use words to share your experience (please keep under 3,000 words).
As a voice recording so we can hear your wonderful voices (please keep under 3 minutes).
As a video so we can see your lovely faces (please keep under 3 minutes).
For videos and audios, you can add your files as an attachment to the email; we'll handle the rest.
When you send us the story, please include your relevant demographics -- name, date, age, where you live and your national origin (if you would like). Also, please feel free to send us photos to add to your story online. Remember to read our disclaimer at the bottom of the page so we all feel comfortable with sharing. We'll be back in touch as we add your story to our website.
